KLH2515-12 roller conveyor shot blasting machine is comprised of in-feed conveying rollers, shot blasting system, dust removing system, out-feed conveying system and electrical system and so on. This equipment is mainly used to do shot blasting to steel plates / profiles/pipes to get a clean surface of Sa2.5 with certain roughness. The whole length of this production line is 41.5mtr.s. It is controlled by PLC.

Processing flow: load on in-feed roller conveyor → delivery-in→ shot blasting→ delivery-out→ unloading.
