Kholee Blast designs wire mesh belt Shot Blasting Machine , which is a specialized surface cleaning equipment designed for aluminum die-castings, metal castings, and precision components cleaning. It utilizes high-speed projected stainless steel Cut Wire Shots to impact the workpiece surface, removing impurities such as oxide scales, burrs, and oil stains, improving surface finish, enhancing coating adhesion, and eliminating internal stress.
The equipment adopts a wire mesh conveying system, where workpieces are taken on wire mesh to enter and exit of shot blasting chamber and get uniform cleaning by shot blasting. It is suitable for processing aluminum die-castings with complex structures or those prone to deformation. The core components of the equipment include high-efficiency blast wheels, wear-resistant guard plates, a separation and dust fume control system, and a PLC + Touch Screen intelligent control module, ensuring high cleaning efficiency, low energy consumption, and compliance with environmental protection standards.
