Abrasive blasting is a common industrial process used to remove rust, oxide layers, paint film, welding slag, sand, burr and other scales on a variety of materials including metals, castings, plastics or composites. Blasting is a very diverse application containing of Shot Blasting Machine (wheel blasting), air blasting, cabinet blasters and sand blasting. The blasting media also varies widely from sand, steel, plastic, slag and various shot. This operation is done to prepare parts for final finishing (e.g.painting, machining, assembly) or to remove paint, scale or other finishing coatings for rework or reclamation. The basic function of pulse jet dust collector is to recover the unused shots and find dust particles from the chamber or room.
