It utilizes high-speed projected stainless steel Cut Wire Shots to impact the workpiece surface, removing impurities such as oxide scales, burrs, and oil stains, improving surface finish, enhancing coating adhesion, and eliminating internal stress.

The equipment adopts a wire mesh conveying system, where workpieces are taken on wire mesh to enter and exit of shot blasting chamber and get uniform cleaning by shot blasting. It is suitable for processing aluminum die-castings with complex structures or those prone to deformation.
